Piece of Paradise: Pool, Pickleball, Pond, Privacy

~ Check-in is after 4pm ~ Please take off your shoes when you enter the house. ~ Adults must be present in the backyard when kids are in the pool area or pond. ~ If you break or damage anything, please let us know. ~ No Smoking anywhere on the property! ~ PET POLICY No Pets of any kind allowed. EVENTS, FAMILY PARTIES ~ We do allow certain kinds of events (birthdays, anniversary parties) and even small weddings. Because of the additional "wear and tear" and "cleaning" a surcharge will be required. If you intend to invite house guests over to the house, please talk with the Owners beforehand for permission. Owners review these requests on a "case by case" basis. ~ POOL and HOT TUB HOURS: 8:00am to 11pm WHEN CHECKING-OUT (before 10am) ~ Please remove linens from the beds you used and put them next to the bed. ~ Please put all dirty towels in the tub or shower. ~ Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the machine. ~ Please wash any large pots and pans. ~ If you moved something, please move it back to its original position when leaving the house.
